f you connect your account to another service to cross-post, that service may provide us with your profile, login information, and any other information you have authorized for disclosure. We may aggregate information about all our other Users, groups, accounts, with personal data available on the User.
5 - Collection of identity data
Free consultation
Browsing the Site does not require prior registration or identification. It can be done without you providing any personal data (name, first name, address, etc.). We do not record any personal data for mere Site browsing.

Use of the user's identifier only for access to services
We only use your electronic identifiers for and during contract execution.
7 - Collection of terminal data
No technical data collection
We do not collect or retain any technical data from your device (IP address, internet service provider...).
8 - Cookies
Cookie storage period
In accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL, the maximum storage period for cookies is a maximum of 13 months after their initial deposit on the User's terminal, just like the validity period of the User's consent to the use of these cookies. The lifespan of cookies is not extended on each visit. The User's consent must, therefore, be renewed at the end of this period.
Cookies Purpose
Cookies may be used for statistical purposes, including optimizing the services provided to the User, based on information processing regarding access frequency, page customization, operations performed, and information consulted.
You are informed that the Publisher may deposit cookies on your terminal. The cookie records information related to the navigation on the service (the pages you have viewed, the date and time of the consultation...) that we can read during your subsequent visits.
User's Right to Refuse Cookies

9 - Conservation of technical data
Technical data storage duration
Technical data is kept for the duration strictly necessary for the purposes set out above.
10 - Personal data retention and anonymization period
Retention of data for the duration of the contractual relationship
In accordance with Article 6-5° of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to computers, files, and freedoms, personal data subject to processing is not kept beyond the time required for the performance of the obligations defined at the time of contract conclusion or the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.
Retention of anonymized data beyond the contractual relationship/deletion of the account
We retain personal data for the duration strictly necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Beyond this duration, they will be anonymized and kept exclusively for statistical purposes and will not be used for any purpose whatsoever.
Data will be deleted after account deletion
Means for purging data are put in place in order to provide for their effective deletion as soon as the retention or archiving period necessary to achieve the determined or imposed purposes is reached. In accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you also have the right to delete your data which you can exercise at any time by contacting the Editor.
Deletion of data after 3 years of inactivity
For security reasons, if you have not authenticated yourself on the Site for a period of three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in as soon as possible, failing which your data will be deleted from our databases.
11 - Account deletion
Account deletion upon request
The User has the possibility to delete their Account at any time, by a simple request to the Publisher OR through the Account deletion menu in the Account settings if available.
Account deletion in case of violation of the Privacy Policy
In case of violation of one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy or any other document incorporated herein by reference, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, your use and access to the services, your account, and all Sites.
12 - Reporting of Security Breaches Detected by the Publisher
User information in case of a security breach
We are committed to implementing all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security adapted to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of personal data concerning you. In the event that we become aware of illegal access to personal data concerning you stored on our servers or those of our providers, or unauthorized access resulting in the realization of the risks identified above, we undertake to:
Notify you of the incident as soon as possible;
Examine the causes of the incident and inform you;
Take the necessary measures within the reasonable limits to mitigate the negative effects and damages that may result from said incident.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the commitments defined in the point above regarding notification in the event of a security breach be construed as an acknowledgment of fault or liability concerning the occurrence of the incident in question.
13 - Transfer of personal data abroad
No transfer outside the European Union
The Publisher commits not to transfer the personal data of its Users outside the European Union.

14 - Modification of the privacy policy
In case of modification of this Privacy Policy, commitment not to substantially lower the level of confidentiality without prior information of the persons concerned
We commit to inform you in case of substantial modification of this Privacy Policy and not to substantially lower the level of confidentiality of your data without informing you and obtaining your consent.
15 - Applicable law and recourse
Application of French law (CNIL legislation) and jurisdiction of courts
This Privacy Policy and your use of the Site are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law, and in particular with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to computers, files, and freedoms. The choice of applicable law does not affect your rights as a consumer under the applicable law of your place of residence. If you are a consumer, you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, meaning that you may bring an action regarding this Privacy Policy in France or in the EU country in which you reside. If you are a professional, all actions against us must be brought before a court in France.
In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. In the event of failure of these attempts, any disputes concerning the validity, interpretation, and/or execution of the Privacy Policy shall be brought, even in the case of multiple defendants or third-party proceedings, before the French courts.

Data portability
The Publisher commits to offer you the possibility of having all your data concerning you returned upon request. The User is thus guaranteed better control of their data and retains the option to reuse it. This data must be provided in an open and easily reusable format.
